If the app says I’m on the waiting list what does that mean?
This means you are on a waiting list as the session you are trying to book is full. You will be notified via email if spaces become available.
Are you open in this weather?
We are open in all weather. We believe that some people need the structure so remain open regardless.
Do I need to book?
It is better to book in advance as this guarantees a place: if we are full you will be turned away
Can I stay all day?
Our sessions start on the hour and last 45 minutes. Your entrance fee only covers one session
Can we bring a school group every week?
Yes this is absolutely fine: we like to know in advance so we can amend our numbers and ensure the right bikes are available
How do we pay?
We take cash or card on the door or you can choose to pay online.
We are in the park, where are you?
At all of our venues we are situated on the athletics track. Please use SatNav with postcodes used on booking system.
We are here but you’re not!?
We are always at the venue at the times we are open. Please check before you book which venue you are selecting.
Are there any dogs in the park?
We can not answer this but we don’t allow dogs in our facilities
Do you have accessible toilets|?
All our venues have accessible toilets
What age do you have to pay for?
We charge the same price for all ages
Are you open today?
All our venues have set times and days. Please check the booking app to double check
Can I book 1 bike to share between us all?
We charge per person and not per bike: we have to limit the number of people in the vicinity to ensure safety for all
Do you have wheelchair accessible bikes?
We have bikes for all abilities and all ages. We aim to provide a bike for everybody that turns up to our sessions
